QC/Technical Support Our staff includes technicians and trained inspectors. QC Staff 5 to 9 Materials/Components Plastic (ABS, PET, PVC): 80% Taiwan, 20% Japan Iron: 100% Taiwan Stainless steel: 100% Taiwan Our QC team is composed of technicians and inspectors Checking for quality defects Procedures/testing Details We randomly inspect all the materials and components involved before production. During every stage of production, we randomly check the finished product before and after packaging. Before the shipment is cleared for delivery, our inspectors do a final spot inspection to guarantee our customers get the highest quality product. Other Information Our products meet UL, CSA, SAA, GS and JIS safety/quality standards.
